These general Terms and Conditions govern your access, use and orders placed at www.a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk. By accessing or using our website, you fully accept our terms presented here.

Every Offer, Service, Product and Agreement A2Z Signs Ltd offer whether this being on our website www.a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk or through our main communications is governed by our A2Z Signs Ltd Terms.

The applicability of our terms and conditions is to be applied solely by A2Z Signs Ltd and only A2Z Signs Ltd and not through any 3rdparty. Any terms and conditions that our customers and suppliers have will be immediately dismissed and shall not apply.

A2Z Signs Ltd have the right to make any amends and changes to the content at any time without prior notice. Any changes made is reserved and controlled by A2Z Signs Ltd.

2.1 A2Z Signs Ltd provide an online experience where you can place an order online via the shop. For your order to be accepted you must have an A2Z Signs Ltd account. This is to be created by filling out the registration form on the A2Z Signs Ltd website or via any social posts. Thus, You will be liable and responsible for keeping passwords and usernames safe.

2.2 A2Z Signs Ltd provide a client dashboard for customers to access and view orders, manage shipping and billing addresses. Here customers can also view and amend orders. For this service to be activated customers will need to fill out a registration form on the A2Z Signs Ltd website.

2.3 Customers will be liable and responsible for every use of the account. A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to refuse any member request in an event of any breaches have been made to any of these terms. A2Z Signs Ltd also has the right to close your account immediately.

2.4 Customers that have registered an account on the Website agree to take full responsibility for keeping all passwords, access and registered safe and protected. You will also be responsible for all orders placed and taken through your registered account.

3.1 A2Z Signs Ltd Products, Services and Offers are subject to availability and we will reflect this on our website as best as possible.

3.2 A2Z Signs Ltd have the right to amend, modify and remove items from the website without giving any notice. An agreement between you and A2Z Signs Ltd is subject to our acceptance of the order and will be formed when an Order Confirmation is sent. If we are sold out of a product, we will send an email to confirm.

A2Z Signs Ltd reserves the rights to use all of these and for 3rd party use. In any circumstances do 3rd parties have to claim any of the elements.

4.5 A2Z Signs Ltd do not take responsibility of customers who may upload designs or create logos that are identical or similar used by other parties. A2Z Signs Ltd also do not take any responsibility nor claim responsibility of infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party created by A2Z Signs Ltd customers that purchase items via our website www.a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk. We suggest that upon using our services to ensure that you have legal right to use a third party legal and it does not infringe the rights of another party as this will solely be your responsibility and not of A2Z Signs Ltd.

  1. A2Z Signs Ltd Services

5.1 Design

5.1.1 A2Z Signs Ltd offers a design service that is free of charge for a design with a maximum of 2 hours, this includes amends and any changes made by the customer.

5.1.2 Anything over the hours mentioned in section 5.1 will be chargeable to the customer at £30.00 per hour. By creating an account and making a purchase you accept these terms.

5.1.3 The design service is available to all customers and A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to change the chargeable rate without giving notice.

5.1.4 A2Z Signs Ltd do not take any responsibility and the customer is fully responsible to review our Terms and Conditions before making any purchases.

5.1.5 You, will be liable and responsible for all content that is designed via our team as well as the designs you upload for print. Therefore, if any of the content and material you incorporate into your products you take full responsibility.

5.1.6 You agree to take responsibility that you will not include any text, image, trademark, or copyrighted material to produce items of your own. A2Z Signs Ltd will not be taking responsibility and therefore have the right to cancel order with confirmation if we feel there has been a breach.

5.1.8 A2Z Signs Ltd will only print products that of a 3rd party if the customer owns the company or customers have the rights and permission to produce products of a 3rd party material. A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to contact the customer to provide evidence before any products are printed.

5.1.9 Permission of 3rd party use will need to be sent by email address to sales@a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk

5.1.10 Once a design has been signed off then you take full responsibility for any mistakes that has been made. To rectify this, A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to charge You a surcharge to complete the works.

5.2 Marketing Services

5.2.1 Marketing Services are delivered by the A2Z Signs Ltd internal Marketing experts and is an option available to You. This is on an opt in-opt out model and You have the right to add this on to any Services you take out with A2Z Signs Ltd and accepted by A2Z Signs Ltd.  

5.2.2 A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and you agree to these changes once you have opted into the service.

5.2.3 A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to cancel any Marketing Services and consultancy with You with immediate affects if you have shown mistreatment to any of the A2Z Signs Ltd Employees including the Managing Director, ill-treatment, misuse of the service or have any attention to harm the A2Z Signs Ltd brand.

5.3.4 Our Marketing Services has a charge, and this will be clearly added to any Quote we send out.

5.3 Print Services

5.3.1 A2Z Signs Ltd will not be responsible for any print mistakes once all has been signed off. You are responsible for all sign offs unless stated otherwise.

5.4 Installation Services

5.4.1 A2Z Signs Ltd will provide a Health and Safety Assessment for each Client and for every job where required and relevant.

5.4.2 A2Z Signs Ltd have over 20 years of experience in installation and we will do our best to complete the installation to a high standard. IF installation is not possible, then we have the right to reject the job and give notice to You to reschedule. However, we will try our best to find a solution collectively whilst on site.

5.4.3 A2Z Signs Ltd are licensed to use various types of machinery and equipment to fulfil and deliver the job booked in.

5.4.4 Once You have signed off verbally or via email you take full responsibility for any issues that have occurred thereafter.

5.4.5 A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to reject further works if You have breached any of our terms mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

 5.5 Works Conditions and Delivery

5.5.1 You accept that you will provide us a good working environment which will allow making good on work carried out by A2Z Signs Ltd. If the environment is not up to standard, A2Z Signs Ltd will not be held liable for the finish, including bubbles, marks, peels and anything that will not allow a clean delivery.  By accepting the quote, you acknowledge the above term and take full responsibility in this.

5.5.4 We will take reasonable steps to ensure we deliver all works by the estimated set out on the Quotation, Order Confirmation or as otherwise agreed between the A2Z Signs Ltd Team and You. If no date has been set out, then we will ensure it will be carried out within 30 days of the date of your Order for installed work.

5.5.5 Order for products from our website directly will have shipment options available: Premium or Economy. Once you have selected an option, this will be fulfilled by the A2Z Signs Ltd team.

5.5.6 A2Z Signs Ltd will fulfil all deadlines, however if we are unable to complete due to extenuating circumstances or an issue that prevents the Team from completing then we will notify You and rearrange a new date.

5.5.7 Unless we have agreed otherwise, all services and products that require sign off must be delivered by a representative who has the authority to do so.

5.6. Cancellation of Services  

5.6.1 You have the right to withdraw from any of the above services 14 days from opting into any of the Services.

5.5.2 If A2Z Signs Ltd has fulfilled and completed a Service in full or partially, A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to charge the full amount. Once you have accepted the Quote including the Services and accepting the quote you accept this term.

  1. Use of our Site and its Content

 6.1 A2Z Signs Ltd grants permission for customers to use this site and its content for a sole purpose of purchasing products and services that A2Z Signs Ltd offer (referred to herein as “Products and Services”. No other download, retention, use, or distribution of any content is authorized and permitted. By purchasing items from A2Z Signs Ltd does not give you any entitlement and rights to the content on the site.

6.2 As a customer you agree to use this site, www.a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk in a responsible and appropriate manner that is in full compliance with these A2Z Signs Ltd Terms and any UK laws that may apply.

6.3 Without limitation, any content from this site www.a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk is to be used for any improper use, this including pornographic use, any unlawful purpose or us, to defame any person or violate any privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service make or other intellectual property right of any person or entity.

6.4 By purchasing from A2Z Signs Ltd Site you agree that you will not be purchasing any product or service to produce offensive, inhuman, unlawful and threatening material. If we feel that this is breached A2Z Signs Ltd has a right to reject the order and alert the local authorities and officials. You, the customer also agree that A2Z Signs Ltd shall have no liability of any kind to you or any third-party arising from such refusal or termination.

6.5 By placing an order on this Site, you have the credential and permissions to place the order and you give A2Z Signs Ltd permission to produce the products on your behalf.

6.6 By uploading files to this Site, you give us the permission to make any modifications needed to fulfil your order.

  1. Indemnification

7.1 You agree that you shall indemnify A2Z Signs Ltd and their directors, employees against all claims and liability, damages, costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees and any expenses arising out of any suit, claim or demand relating to any text, photograph, image, graphics or other material that was not part of the standard Site Content and that you uploaded to fulfil your order.

7.2 You must give evidence and permission that you have the right to use brands that we do not licence.

7.3 If legal action is taken against you for use of graphics or any source of material then you agree that you will take sole liability and responsibility. You also do not in any case speculate or involve A2Z Signs Ltd in any legal battle.

8.0 Warranty

8.1 This Website and its content are provided ‘as-is’ and without any representation or warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. A2Z Signs Ltd makes no representation or warranties in relation to this Website or the information provided. By using this Website, you acknowledge that information may not be up to date and error-free. Although we try our best to ensure that we update this we do not warrant that the product and service description is accurate, liable, misleading and error-free.

8.2 A2Z Signs Ltd does not warrant that this website will be available, or available at all, or the information on this website is complete.

8.3 A2Z Signs Ltd guarantee is valid for 10 years following your purchase.

8.4 A2Z Signs Ltd cannot be responsible for any mistakes in spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors that has been made by the Customers in customising any products/services that has been taken out. Furthermore, low resolution of uploaded images, design errors or any creation process that has solely been made by the customer. Please make sure you preview any designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.

8.5 A2Z Signs Ltd does not take any responsibility for mistakes in materials chosen during the process of purchasing signage. You take full liability.

  1. Limitation of Liability

9.1 In no event shall A2Z Signs Ltd, it’s directors and employees be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damage whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits whether A2Z Signs Ltd have been informed of the possibility of loss of use, data or profits.

9.2 A2Z Signs Ltd in no event shall be liable or responsible for your damages, consequences arising or related to any misuse and inappropriate behaviour.

  1. Miscellaneous

You must be at least 18 years old to order and use this Site. IF you are not 18 then you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this Site. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old. In some cases, A2Z Signs Ltd has a right to cancel any orders if we have suspicion that the buyer is under the age of 18.

15.1 If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This ‘Return and Refund Policy’ has been created by the team at A2Z Signs Ltd and can be changed at any time without any notice.

15.2 The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

  1. Prices, Payment and Availability

16.1 All quotes that have been sent to you is valid for 30 days. Once this has been reached then we will need to reissue a new quote.

16.2 Quotes and Pricing may change due to economic climate factors and where suppliers have increased the value of their products.

16.3 In order to ascertain an appropriate Quote that have not be surveyed by ourselves, you must provide us with all information best to your ability to our questions. If information that you have supplied is incorrect, you are liable and take full responsible. A2Z Signs Ltd will of course replace any prints and installation within a good timeframe with a cost incurred.

16.4 When we attend a survey, we will carry this out based on the environment and areas ‘as-is’, if this changes thereafter without notice then all quotes will be rejected, and a revisit will be needed.

16.5 You must pay for all Services and Products you purchase from us whether directly or via our Website and delivery charges, in advance, unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing. Payment must be paid by credit or with debit card if you place your order online or by Order by telephone.

16.6 In some cases we will issue out invoices that must be paid within the 30 days of receipt.

16.7 All prices quoted is exclusive of VAT.

16.8 We may update prices at any time without any notification. We will however ensure all existing clients are made aware considering this.

16.9 You are responsible for payments that are processed and therefore must you a credit/debit card that you have authorisation to use. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation check by third parties and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise any payments or validation checks, then A2Z Signs Ltd has the right to automatically reject the Order.

16.10 We are not responsible for any bank charges that is occurred when using your card. However, if this is a charge that has been issues on our side then you will be notified.

18.1 You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of purchase without giving any reason or incurring any costs.

18.2 This also includes right to withdraw from any services that You have opted in for.

18.3 The right to cancel does not apply to any customised / personalised signage that you have purchased from A2Z Signs Ltd and so by accepting these terms and conditions you have accepted you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.

18.4 14 days excludes a Saturday and Sunday, therefore if you have entered an agreement on any of above days and the end of the 14 days falls on the above days then this will extended until the next business day.

18.5 To exercise the right of cancellation you must use the Contact-Us page on the A2Z Signs Ltd Website or by sending an email to sales@a2zsigns-ltd.co.uk along with your name, address, email address, order number and imagery of products / services that you would like to cancel.

18.6 For all cancelled products, these will need to be returned to the below address:

16.7 The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods.

16.8 We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  1. Conditions for Returns

17.1 In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

17.2 The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

17.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

17.4 Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

  1. Returning Goods

18.1 You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

18.2 We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

18.3 You agree that the risk of loss and title for any printed product pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.

18.4 If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

18.5 If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
